Shipping and Handling
Shipping charges vary by product. Shipping charges for manuals being sent to a USA address are automatically calculated during our easy checkout process. When we ship internationally, additional shipping charges will apply.

Big Dogs Manuals is not responsible for service transit time. Note that transit times may vary, particularly during peak Holiday periods, like Christmas.
Return Policy
IF WE MAKE A MISTAKE...Returns will only be accepted if the item was not properly described or misrepresented by Big Dogs Manuals. All returns must be approved by Big Dogs Manuals prior to the item being returned. If we approve the item to be returned, the item must be returned in the same condition as it was delivered to you. Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the buyer. Items must be returned within 7 days. You will receive a money back refund.
IF YOU MAKE A MISTAKE...by purchasing the wrong manual, or cancel a purchase, or for any reason decide that you no longer want or need the manual, upon the return of the manual in the same condition as it was sent to you, we will refund your purchase price (-) a 30% re-stocking fee. A manual being returned must be prior approved by Big Dogs Manuals and received back to us within 7 days of approval.
Pricing for Wholesalers and Re-Sellers of Manuals...
To be considered a wholesaler or Re-Seller Buyers would need to purchase 25 or more manuals at a time and then you would receive a 20% discount and FREE SHIPPING in the USA.
If we Ship or Post outside of the USA and you want to be considered a wholesaler or Re-Seller Buyers would need to purchase 25 or more manuals at a time and then you would receive a 30% discount and you would pay the SHIPPING.

We describe inventory items to the best of our ability, however many of the manuals that we sell are used. Some of the manuals show signs of age and some are dirty or greasy from being used – we try and note these items when we see them. To the best of our knowledge the manuals we sell are complete but there is no way to tell for sure. The manuals I sell are bought from Dealers, Auctions or from people like you who contact me with manuals to sell.
